Adolfo Domínguez is both a fashion icon and an enigma. His slogan, “Wrinkles Are Beautiful,” captured the spirit of a generation in the early years of Spain’s democracy, expressing a new aesthetic for a country embracing a new set of values.
Directed by his daughter, the film looks beyond the iconic fashion brand to reveal the man behind it, offering an intimate portrait of the visionary who helped redefine Spanish fashion during a period of profound social and cultural change.
The screening will be followed by a Q&A with Adriana Domínguez, director of the film and CEO of Adolfo Dominguez. Hosted by Joana Granero.
